Primal Cleaning - Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 22, 2025


Welcome to Primal Cleaning. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our professional cleaning services. By scheduling a service with us, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Definition of Services

Primal Cleaning offers a range of professional cleaning services tailored to luxury properties. Our commitment is to provide a thorough, reliable, and discreet service.


  • Our Services Include:
    • Residential Estate Cleaning
    • Luxury Vacation Rental Turnover Cleaning
    • Comprehensive Deep Cleaning
    • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
    • Post-Event Cleanup


  • Standard Cleaning Package: A standard cleaning service includes dusting of all accessible surfaces, vacuuming and mopping of all floors, and a thorough cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen surfaces (countertops, sinks, exterior of appliances). A detailed checklist specific to your service will be provided with your quote.
  • Additional Services: Services such as interior window cleaning, interior oven cleaning, interior refrigerator cleaning, and cleaning of cabinet interiors are not included in a standard package but are available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Eco-Friendly Options: We are pleased to offer services using high-quality, eco-friendly, and non-toxic cleaning products upon request. Please specify this preference when booking your service.


2. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Pricing Structure: Due to the unique nature of each home, we provide custom pricing via a formal quote following an on-site or virtual consultation. We do not offer flat fees online.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via Credit Card and ACH/Bank Transfer. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, which will be sent electronically upon completion of the scheduled service.
  • Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the estimated service cost may be required to secure your booking for one-time deep cleanings, move-in/move-out services, or other large-scale projects. This will be specified in your quote.
  • Late Payment Policy: A late fee of $25 may be applied to any invoice not paid within 14 days of the service date.
  • Taxes: All applicable local and state sales taxes will be added to your final invoice.


3. Service Agreement

  • Service Term: This agreement pertains to the single job or recurring service schedule as outlined in the client's accepted quote.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
    • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
    • Same-day cancellations or lock-outs (where our team cannot access the property) are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Confidentiality: The privacy and security of our clients are paramount. All Primal Cleaning staff are bound by a strict confidentiality agreement. Any information or knowledge gained regarding your home, family, or business affairs will be kept in the strictest confidence.
  • Supplies & Equipment: Primal Cleaning provides all necessary professional-grade equipment and cleaning supplies.


4. Customer Expectations & Satisfaction

  • Our Commitment: Primal Cleaning is committed to providing a professional and punctual service. Our teams are fully trained, vetted, and will arrive in uniform, ready to deliver the highest standard of clean.
  • Client Obligations: The Client agrees to provide a safe working environment for our team, including securing any pets that may be a disturbance. We ask that you provide access to electricity and water.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee (Reporting Period): Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will arrange to return to your home to re-clean the specific area(s) of concern at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds.


5. Liability and Legal Considerations

  • Insurance: Primal Cleaning is fully licensed and insured. In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our team, we will work with you to find a fair resolution under the terms of our insurance policy. Any such damage must be reported to our office within 24 hours of the service.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing wear and tear, improper installation of an item in your home (e.g., a poorly mounted picture), or items that have not been properly secured.
